  • Adult Family Medicine – $2,000 per year per adult or $175 monthly (plus 5% processing fee)
     
  • Newborn to Two Years – $1000 per year or $100 monthly (plus 5% processing fee) with a parent’s membership
     
  • Two Years through College – $500 per year or $50 monthly (plus 5% processing fee) with a parent’s membership
     
  • Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy (OMT) – $200 per 30-minute session
     
  • Prolotherapy for non-primary care patients – Contact for pricing

Though I do not take insurance, look into your HSA/FSA to see if you have coverage.
