Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT)
OMT is a hands-on treatment that enhances the body’s natural healing/wellness process. I use fascial release, muscle energy, cranial, or other hands-on manipulation of the muscles, joints, and other tissues to improve mobility, reduce pain, coughing and swelling. The purpose of OMT is to enhance overall health by restoring balance and function to the body’s musculoskeletal system, thereby improving the body’s ability to self-heal.
What to Expect
Before treatment

Our nurse will schedule you after creating a chart and performing a phone interview. She will talk you through the process.

Hydrate extremely well.

Come as you are or wear comfortable clothes.

Do not arrive late to the procedure.
The procedure and Treatment

If you have a wheelchair you are welcome to be treated in it. Otherwise, I welcome you to my treatment table, on your back.

Procedure takes <30 minutes.
Immediately after & early recovery

Please exercise after the treatment. This really helps reinforce new “muscle memory” or “fascial memory” etc.
